Client: Simply4property

The Brief: To design, build, maintain and host an estate agency website that is both clear and concise for the end user, as well as being easily updatable in-house without the need for internet expertise. This website must contain full search facilities, as well as giving the end user all the information that they would expect.

The Project: After discussions it was decided that the best solution would be to create a fully database driven website. This gives Simply4property complete control over property content of the site via a password protected user friendly set of forms that can be accessed from any location via a web browser. The database functionality of this site gives the end user complete search control over the 200+ properties that are present in the database. On completion of the design, and prior to the website ‘go live date’, full training was given to the staff at Simply4property enabling them to have full control over the property content from day one.
