 Client: Secure Estates (a division of Secure Trust Banking Group plc) The Brief: The brief was to produce series of three mail drop leaflets, for each of five separate estate agency branches. The series building to a central message of ‘Take Our 8 Week Challenge - No Sale No Charge’. The Project: We believe that a major issue in the design of any mass mail leaflet is the substrate/stock that it is printed on. We recommended this final dye cut design to be printed on a minimum weight of 300gsm and be on Hello Silk Art Board, and believed that these varied shapes and rigidity would distinguish them from other mass mail campaigns, and without doubt grab the users attention. A number of creative concepts were presented to the client, and after consultation it was decided to utilise the ’FORSALE’ board oval on leaflet 1, so as to create recognition. But then adapted the shape, while retaining the colour palette on leaflets 2 and 3. We believe this would work well as a series of three leaflets, and be clear to the customer that each leaflet has a different central message.
